Classes utilize 21 Simple Tools that address primary factors of aging in the body, AND work the five areas of the brain: analytical, strategic planning, memory/recall, kinesthetic learning, and creativity & imagination.
Whether you’re new to Ageless Grace, or an old pro, “Ageless Grace” has something for everyone. This class will focus on several of the 21 tools to give students a broader understanding of their primary benefits and ways to practice the tools at home.
