What's a fun activity to do every Wednesday morning at 10:00 AM and is...
- A new activity to share with your loved one from the comfort of your home
- that invites you to move to music in fun easy ways in “perfection free zone”
- encourages you to feel good and enjoy the company of others to laugh, sing and dance?
The Kairos Alive Wisconsin Connection Jam™ on Zoom!
Join us every Wednesday morning at 10 AM Central on the Wisconsin Connection Jam™. The Jam is a weekly program of music, dance and story designed especially for older adults and their families and led by a team of Kairos Alive! performing artists. Kairos Director, Maria Genné and her multi-talented colleagues have been sharing their nationally award—winning creative programming with elders, their families and their communities for the last 22 years. To make it easier for folks to join – we present our interactive program utilizing the last technology so you can take part from your home or community center. It’s easy!
We know that moving is good for our wellbeing and when we dance to the rhythm of the music and learn new ways of moving – it’s good for our body and for our brain. It’s good medicine because we are doing it together with a community of friends. You are welcome to move in a chair or dance in one place or across the room. We will be glad to see you!
