Thryve: Where Connection & Joy Take Root

Thryve is a new program from Fox Valley Memory Project designed to offer a more individualized experience for people living with memory loss.


Thryve offers a flexible structure with diverse activity spaces and personalized options tailored to each participant’s interests and needs. It also includes a five-hour extended respite opportunity, giving caregivers and family members valuable time while participants are engaged in the program.

Thryve is a facilitated program designed for people with early to middle stage symptoms of dementia or memory loss.

This project is supported by the Administration for Community Living (ACL), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of a financial assistance award totaling $13,261,685 with 75 percent funded by ACL/HHS and $3,285,728 amount with 25 percent funded by non-government source(s).
