The Wisconsin Alzheimer’s Institute maintains a list of affiliated clinics who are committed to following best practice guidelines established by WAI. These providers offer thorough, interdisciplinary evaluations to determine the cause of memory loss for you or your loved one. Virtual Kairos Alive Wisconsin Connection Jam
Wisconsin Connection Jam™ is a rollicking fun time of live interactive 2-way music, dance, song and story. It connects older adults and their inter-generational communities with intercultural performing arts engagement, and arts and health research learning, no matter what your ability or previous experience. Lunch Bunch
Each month, people with memory loss and their care partners join us for lunch at a local restaurant. We eat, chat, and create new friendships. Join us on the 3rd Friday of each month at 11 AM. Lunch Bunch costs $10 per person, registration required. Call 920-225-1711 to register.

Mosaic Family Health REACH Program
Resources for Enhancing Alzheimer’s Caregiver Health, a program of the Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregivers is a unique evidence-based program for individuals caring for a loved one with memory loss. REACH brings current information, 1:1 support and strategies for coping with troubling behaviors, while improving a caregiver’s emotional, social and physical health. Meetings with the caregiver are provided at home for up to 12 sessions over a 6-month period. Each meeting offers opportunities for in depth education, problem solving, stress management and support while improving caregiver confidence.

TLC Caregiver Support Group at FVMP
TLC meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 1 PM. Meetings are held at the Goodwill Community Campus building at 1800 Appleton Road Menasha, WI. Respite care can be provided through enrollment in the Mindworks program. Call 920-225-1711 to learn more.
Caregiver Meet-Up – Loved ones in Care Facility
Group meets on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 1 PM at Neenah Public Library. You are a caregiver, even when your loved one lives in a care facility. Join us to talk to other caregivers who have a loved one in a facility like assisted living, skilled nursing, or memory care. Call 920-225-1711 to learn more.

Sponsored by the Outagamie Caregiver Coalition, Caregiver Chats are designed to provide a place to openly share and discuss life as a caregiver. Join each month for insightful conversations around caregiving challenges, discover helpful resources, and gain encouragement from professionals and peers. Respite Care Association of Wisconsin
Provides a registry of trained respite care professionals and offers grants to cover costs of receiving respite care. Grants may cover occasional respite care to give caregivers a break, or provide supportive services like housekeeping or lawn care. Learn more here or call 608-222-2033
