Saturday, November 9, St. Paul’s Memory Care Resource Center is hosting a cost-free seminar for both persons living with dementia and their care partners focusing on health and safety. Sergeant Carrie Peters of the Appleton Police Department will discuss creating safety plans. Laura Charlier, dietician at St. Paul Elder Services will provide a cooking demonstration focused on the MIND diet and share more on the MIND diet and recipes that support memory health.
