Holiday Party – Memory Café

OAPN Holiday Concert

On a Positive Note Chorus is performing your holiday favorites! Fox Valley Memory Project’s “On a Positive Note” chorus has offered people having a dementia and their care partners the joy of singing together since 2014. Directed by Kathleen Albrecht, the chorus will perform on December 2nd at 1 PM at the Grand Meridian, 2621 N Oneida Street Appleton. Special guests, Fox Sounds, will also join the performance. ACL Grant

Administration for Community Living Grant totaling nearly $1 Million On July 7 2021, Fox Valley Memory Project was awarded one of the Administration for Community Living (ACL) Alzheimer’s Disease Program Initiative awards. This 3 year cooperative agreement, titled Expanding the Continuum of Inclusive Resources for the Dementia Journey in the Fox Valley Region of Wisconsin will provide new programs for people living with dementia, people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and care partners.
